A small studio with a long view.
Blackweb is a two-person practice. Every engagement is led directly by the founders — no account managers, no handoffs — and our client roster is kept intentionally small.
The practice grew out of direct, operational work with service businesses — applying systems and operations principles to a real, hands-on context. Today that focus is narrowed to one industry: plumbing.
